Dream Come True: Couple Hanbok shoot in Gyeongbokgung Palace

Lets say that I have been dreaming of a couple hanbok shoot for centuries. Hanbok is the name for the original clothes of South Korea and is still worn for important occasions, such as a wedding. Many tourists are renting these outfits to walk around the palaces in Seoul or Hanok Villages. I have done that before, but still the couple shoot was on my to do list. Finally, the moment was there...

After I have successfully convinced Laziz to do this shoot with me, he had to ask for a day off. This might sound easy, but he works seven days a week, so it was a bit of a challenge. Luckily we managed and after two days of asking around, we also found a friend to take pictures. 

We went to the Gyeongbokgung Palace and found a store nearby. There we found the cutest set of matching Hanbok outfits. Since it was mostly to make my dream come true, Laziz let me pick the look for our shoot (thanks babe). 

The shoot was so much fun and I would truly do it again! Also, I would recommend everyone who reads this to just convince your boyfriend or girlfriend as well and go for it :) My new ultimate dream would be to have a professional couple Hanbok shoot on Jeju Island.
